Privacy policy.

The short version: we only collect what we need to reply to you, we don’t sell it, and we keep it simple. Last updated 7 October 2026.

Who we are

TARGETWARD (“we”, “us”) is an AI ad agency based in India. You can reach us at hello@targetward.com.

What we collect

  • What you type into our contact form: your name, work email, company, phone number (optional), what you’re interested in, package, budget range (optional) and your message.
  • Booking details if you book a call through Calendly. Calendly collects these under its own policy.
  • Basic visit statistics if analytics is switched on (see below). These are anonymous.

We don’t take payments on this website, and we don’t ask you to create an account.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to talk about a project with you, and to send invoices if you become a client. We don’t sell your details and we don’t send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Saved in your own browser

To make the site easier to use, it saves a few things in your browser only, on your device: your light or dark theme choice, the animation setting, an unsent draft of your message, and a short list of the messages you sent from this device. We never receive these. You can clear them any time on the Contact page or by clearing your browser data.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn’t set advertising cookies. If we switch on analytics, we use Plausible, a privacy-friendly service that doesn’t use cookies or follow you across websites.

Services we rely on

  • Google Fonts to display our typefaces. Your browser contacts Google to download them.
  • YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) only if you press play on an embedded video.
  • Calendly only if you open the booking calendar.
  • Our web host and email provider, who store the site and the emails you send us.

Each of these has its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for our business records, and we delete them on request where the law allows.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal details we hold about you. Email hello@targetward.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
