Terms of service.

1. What we do

TARGETWARD creates AI-assisted video ads, UGC-style ads, image ads and ad copywriting for brands. Each package lists what is included, such as the number of videos and images, revision rounds and turnaround time.

2. Packages and payment

• Packages (Spark, Surge, Empire) are monthly. Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude 18% GST.
• After you choose a package and message us, we confirm the details and send you a GST invoice by email. Work starts within one working day of the invoice being paid.
• You can cancel before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again.
• Unused deliverables do not carry over to the next month.

3. Revisions and refunds

• Each package includes the revision rounds shown on the Pricing page.
• If we haven’t started work, you can have a full refund.
• Once first drafts have been delivered we revise until you are happy, but delivered work can’t be refunded.

4. Turnaround

The times we quote are typical and depend on you sending the information we ask for promptly. We’ll tell you early if something will take longer.

5. Your content and our work

• You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, product photos, names and claims you give us.
• Once your invoice is paid, you may use the final work we deliver to you in your own marketing.
• We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
• The concept work shown on this website (such as QueenCore) was created for our portfolio and is not for reuse.

6. Responsible use of AI

We don’t use a real person’s face or voice without their written consent, and we don’t imitate celebrities. We can help you add AI-content labels where platforms or regulations require them. You are responsible for the claims you make about your products and for following the rules of the platforms where you run ads.

7. Our responsibility

We work carefully, but we can’t promise particular sales or advertising results, because these depend on many things outside our control. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the month in which the problem arose.

8. This website

Please don’t misuse the website or try to interfere with it. The text, design and sample work on it belong to TARGETWARD or its owners.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disagreement we can’t settle by talking will be dealt with by the courts of India.
